If you nominate to join the Community of Practice, you will be asked to provide your full name and email address. This information will be used to inform you about services and events offered by the Community of Practice.
Within the members-only area, you will also have the opportunity to upload additional information in the ‘Find a Collaborator’ section about yourself, your position, your contact details and the work you are doing, to enable you to build collaborations and networks with others working in Implementation Science.
This information will only be available to other members of the Community of Practice and to the administrators of the Community of Practice website. It will be used to facilitate networking and collaboration within the Community of Practice.
You have the right to remove your personal information at any time from the Community of Practice ‘Find a Collaborator’ page or from the membership list. You can do this via the Community of Practice website.
