Strengthening workforce and system capacity and capability for implementation science

Our Implementation Science Academy seeks to develop the breadth and depth of implementation science knowledge and skills across Sydney Health Partners, thereby enabling health professionals and researchers to solve complex problems and translate high quality evidence into practice.

The Capacity and Capability initiative focuses on developing and delivering a flexible package of educational and training offerings to suit different contexts.

Our education and training ranges from introductory courses to increase workforce awareness of implementation science, through to in-depth training to build workforce knowledge of, and skills in, implementation science methods.

We also lead and deliver initiatives for the Academic Implementation Science Network of the University of Sydney’s Faculty of Medicine and Health.
