Funding Opportunities
Pilot Grants for teams of clinicians and researchers undertaking work in the growing field of implementation science
Sydney Health Partners offers grants which enable teams to undertake pilot testing of the implementation of an evidence-based intervention, program or innovation, with at least one partner Local Health District or Network.
The pilot grants aim to build capacity and expertise across Sydney Health Partners, thereby better enabling health professionals and researchers within the healthcare system to:
- address complex problems in health systems
- translate robust evidence into practice
- tackle clinical problems that need practical solutions
- test implementation of interventions in real time.
2023 Pilot Grants
Sydney Health Partners’ Implementation Science Academy has awarded grants totalling $200,000 to ten teams of researchers and clinicians, funding which will assist them in testing the implementation of research innovations in clinical practice.
Sydney Health Partners expects that the research outcomes of the funded projects will help teams submit competitive applications and secure further support from these larger funding schemes.
