Academy Seminar - Consumer Insights from Participation in Grant Panels

This webinar’s presenter is Lena Caruso, who is an experienced research administrator and manager, with more than 20 years’ of experience in the health and medical research sector. Lena’s presentation will focus on her personal experience as a Consumer Advisor (CA) for the MRFF Grant Assessment Committees, where the role of a CA is to comment on the applications under consideration from their unique consumer perspective. During the one-hour webinar, Lena will share generic examples of best practice as well as highlight those that were poorly received.

The monthly virtual Implementation Science webinar series aims to support researchers, clinicians and consumers to develop an understanding of how to weave implementation science into your research.

Each Seminar will include a presentation focused on a topic relevant to implementation science and will include a practical case study from an academic, consumer or clinician researcher.
